I attended a workshop with Lyndsey and she came across so knowledgeable on this subject. No question asked was a silly one and she was able to give recommendations to people on the back of any questions raised.
I liked the different options Lyndsey presented too, for example aiming for the best sleep but being realistic that sometimes better is good enough for that day. It seemed like a lot of what she was talking about could be adopted and followed!

It was empowering to be guided in such a grounded way, especially learning how to eat in line with my cycle and understanding how my body actually works. The content was thoughtfully paced – never too overwhelming or underwhelming. It felt digestible and achievable, especially with the fortnightly sessions giving me time to really apply what I was learning.
The recipes and resources were a highlight. They were not only delicious but also came with explanations on how the foods would support my body – which made me feel more connected and intentional with what I was eating. The post-session emails were so helpful to refer back to and kept me on track between meetings. Honestly, I don’t have any suggestions for improvement – the program felt incredibly well-rounded, supportive, and thoughtfully delivered from start to finish.
Overall, I truly can’t recommend this program enough. It’s been transformational in how I care for myself daily, and I’ve come away with tools and knowledge that I’ll carry for life. I’m so grateful for the experience and all the support I received throughout the 12 weeks
